Quick Crabmeat Bisque
1 can (6 1/2 oz) crabmeat
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of tomato soup
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of pea soup
1 cup light cream
1/3 cup Taylor Sherry
garnishes

Flake crabmeat. Heat together with soups and light cream; do not boil. Stir in sherry, reheat. Garnish with minced chives and sour cream, if desired. Makes 4 generous servings
